Any chart published or referenced on this programme, on associated websites, or in promotional materials is compiled using our own data sources, editorial judgement and methodology.
This chart is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or recognised by The Official Charts Company, the BBC, Billboard, or any other official chart provider.
References such as “Number 1”, “Top 40”, or any other chart position refer only to rankings within Kev’s Top 40 Chart Show unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cute Media Productions is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
